About Silverwork Studios
At Silverwork Studios, we believe everyone is creative. Our beginner-friendly jewelry workshops are designed so anyone, no experience required, can create a beautiful, handmade piece they’re proud of.
Each workshop guides you through the full jewelry-making process. You’ll start by choosing your design, stone, and metal, then learn how to measure, cut, shape, and texture your piece for a custom fit. With hands-on guidance, you’ll solder, polish, and set your stone, transforming raw materials into a finished piece of wearable art.
We’re not here to make things perfect or turn you into a professional jeweler. We’re here to create a fun, supportive, hands-on experience where the making is the magic. Our instructors act as guides, encouraging you to do as much of the process as you’d like while ensuring you feel confident every step of the way.
The result is a one-of-a-kind piece that’s meaningful because you made it. And when someone asks where you got your fabulous piece of jewelry, you can proudly say: “I made it myself!”

Co-founders Amy and Kelly
Amy and Kelly have been dear friends since high school. They took a jewelry-making workshop together on a whim and were both exhilarated by the creative experience and absolutely delighted with the pieces they made. Inspired by the workshop, they decided to leave their jobs in Corporate America and open a jewelry-making studio. They are hoping to inspire creativity in others and create an amazing experience where anyone can design a beautiful piece of jewelry. Amy and Kelly live in Marin with their families and support artists both young and old.
